About

Mike grew up in suburban Detroit before moving to California to work as an intellectual property lawyer (glorified dork) for over twelve years.  During his time at the firm, he began moonlighting in his true passion, comedy.  Since then, he’s dove in headfirst, pursuing classes and opportunities in both comedic and dramatic roles, as well as writing and performing in dozens of live and taped shows and sketches.  He’s also been fortunate enough to act in award-winning short films.  He’s quite uncomfortable talking in the third person, but would love to meet you!

For those more interested in a more commercial, third-person bio:

DOWN-TO-EARTH MAN-CHILD / GOOFBALL WINGMAN (36-44)  Honest.  Polite.  Silly.  Got A’s in computer engineering, yet can’t figure out how to cook chili. Jumped out of the first two planes he ever flew in because of a love of heights and relatively little impulse control.  Recovering patent lawyer.  Prefers discussing the finer points of Monty Python over beers to dressing up and “serious” conversation.  His wife loves him despite his frequent pacing and confident belief that a coffee cup can be used for weeks before requiring cleaning.
